Sam and his helper were on time, very polite, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They fixed a nagging problem that had existed since the system was installed 5 years ago. Others had tried but simply could not figure it out. He even offered to come back for no charge if I was not satisfied. Obviously I am very pleased
Sam Carter was very responsive on a Saturday morning. He was transparent about his rates. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. While we were waiting for a part for the permanent solution, Sam provided an acceptable work around to get the heat pump working again.
Sam does a great job! My husband called him and he answered right away! He came as soon as possible and got us all fixed up!

We had an upstairs a/c unit barely cooling and I made the call for help after 5. Mr Carter called me back quickly and said he would be around the next afternoon and he was. After checking he was thorough in explaining what was happening, what was needed and what could wait. He not only had replacement part with he cleaned both upstairs and downstairs units outside. The bill was reasonabe and we are comfortable. Call Carter’s!
I called Mr. Sam at 4:45 in the evening and he was at my house within 15 minutes!! He was very professional and in NO time had my air fixed! Awesome customer service !! Could not brag on this man enough and his company enough !
Sam was incredible helpful and not only fixed the issue with our current system but also made us aware if potential problems with our unit. Very professional, thorough and courteous. Would recommend to anyone having trouble with heating, cooling or hvac issues. 10/10
